We are looking for a talented Production Manager to join our Brisbane Master Rebuild Centre team in Carole Park, QLD
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Managing recruitment of shop roles
- Production planning
- Management of branch stakeholder
- Managing build line flows
- Scheduling
- Balancing labour plan
- Provides safety leadership for on floor activities.
- HSE investigations and injury management
- Compliance
- Job packet review to identify labour overruns and corrective actions.
- Delivering first-class service to our customers.
- Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians, Trades Assistant’s, and apprentices.
- Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Understanding of process control, quality systems and planning
- Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment
