What You'll Own:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
* Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area

You have experience in agency recruitment, with temp or contract desk experience considered a big plus. Naturally competitive and target-driven, you have a solid track record of achieving results. You're passionate about delivering outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.
