We currently have an exciting role with our team at one of the leading healthcare recruitment agencies specialising in travel nursing. The position offers a very competitive commission structure, strong growth opportunities, and the flexibility of a hybrid working model
We're looking for a confident, results-driven recruiter who thrives on filling roles quickly, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. If you're used to juggling multiple roles, hitting targets, and love the buzz of healthcare recruitment — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Own:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
* Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area
Let's talk about you
You have experience in agency recruitment, with temp or contract desk experience. Ideally, you have experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably with travel nurses. Naturally competitive and target-driven, you have a solid track record of achieving results. You're passionate about delivering outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.
