Job Overview
Care Team Members Required
We seek experienced and compassionate individuals to join our care team in supporting clients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to provide support as required, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, or Aged Care is essential
* A NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
* National Police Check and Working with Children Check are also required
* First Aid certificate and CPR are necessary
* NDIS Workers Orientation is preferred
* Eligibility to work in Australia and COVID Vaccination are essential
* A current full Driver's license is also required
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* A minimum 6 months relevant experience supporting people with disabilities is desired
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team is crucial
* Prioritising and organising own work/caseload effectively is vital
* A commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice is expected
