Job Title
The Military Provost Guard Service is a specialized security unit that provides armed protection to military bases across the UK. Our primary role is to counter the terrorist threat posed to these bases, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.
Our duties include:
* Security incident management: We respond to suspicious packages, bomb threats, protests, and other security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
* Patrolling site perimeters: Our teams patrol the perimeter of military bases, taking necessary action to preserve security and prevent unauthorized access.
* Controlling entry and exit: We manage control room operations and gate entries, ensuring all visitors are properly cleared and authorized.
Requirements:
* Background: You must have at least 3 years prior military service or be currently serving in any arm of the British Military.
* Age: You must be over 18 years old and under 57 years old at re-enlistment.
* Fitness Eligibility: You must be medically fit and have a Body Mass Index below 32.
* Driving Licence: You must have a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points.
