Job Title: Site Manager
About This Role:
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced site manager to oversee the execution and quality finish of homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage and ensure timely completion of projects
* Manage overall site performance and ensure compliance with established cost management practices
* Liaise with clients to resolve issues proactively and maintain positive relationships
* Partner with construction managers to drive productivity and efficiency on-site
