Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area for an Information Technology Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with desktop computer setup and maintenance, and performing computer and printer repairs. You will work closely with team members and clients to ensure consistent and efficient IT operations. Projects may also require working at client sites for hands on support and installation of networking hardware and network cabinets and structured cable runs.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues relating to PCs, Macs, Printers and Telephony devices
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and on-site team environment
* Relevant certification or diploma in Information Technology or related field is a plus
* Familiarity with IT Security principles is advantageous
* Structured cabling and Ethernet termination experience highly regarded
