Description What’s the Role: Join our Digital Consumer Finance Technology team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The Consumer Finance Technology team works with the business team in transforming the business vision into reality by planning and delivering the projects along with our strategic partners. Work in a fast-paced and agile environment, contributing to major transformation programs and supporting the Consumer Finance technology core systems. The Role: Design and develop customer facing user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsive and accessible experiences. Build and maintain microservices and APIs with Spring Boot, delivering scalable backend solutions. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical user stories and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize application performance and implement reusable UI components aligned with accessibility standards. What do I need? Candidates should have experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor, and must understand how to use AI tools. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with expertise in technical design. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Redux, Node.js). Experience with CI/CD tools (Bit, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo) and API development using Spring Boot. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles, security, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Ability to implement scalable, secure solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Why join us?
