**About the Opportunity**
The Global Leisure Customer Care team assists Flight Centre's retail clients globally - 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Your strong problem-solving and decision-making skills will allow you to support customers globally, regardless of booking channels, with:
- making changes and cancellations to existing bookings
- make new bookings on behalf of customers
- processing booking enquiries quickly and accurately
- remaining calm under pressure
Our dynamic team are highly experienced, supportive, energetic and are looking forward to experienced travel agents joining our amazing team.
**To be successful in this role**:
- Minimum 2 years of travel agency, airline, or relevant tourism industry experience is **_ESSENTIAL_**:
- GDS experience (Sabre is ESSENTIAL / Amadeus also preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Cert III in Travel / Cert IV in Travel & Tourism an advantage
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster based on 24/7 business - every second weekend and public holiday availability
**Remuneration**:
- Package - $70,000 + superannuation (full time equivalent)
- Available 0.06 FTE = approximate 48hrs per fortnight / 0.07 FTE = approximate 56hrs per fortnight / 0.8 FTE = approximate 64hrs per fortnight
- Current potential Shift times 0600 - 1430 / 1430 - 2230
- 1 weekend per fortnight minimum requirement
- Shift supplements available for additional weekend hours, public holidays and overtime
