About the role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step as a Team Leader.
This is a ***** split position, combining clinical work with leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current SPA membership and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical experience across a variety of client presentations
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centred care
