Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Manager to join our collaborative team. You will work closely with department heads to develop the annual education plan, identify organisational learning needs, and address educational gaps. This role offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate impactful learning that enhances organisational capabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling students for placement
Monitoring and facilitating completion of mandatory education requirements for all staff
Identifying staff educational needs in collaboration with department heads
Facilitating in-house and external training opportunities across the organisation
Delivering clinical education and leading staff through change
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be an APHRA-registered nurse with experience in workplace education and facilitating learning in a healthcare environment.
