Scent Australia is an industry leader in Scent Marketing, ambient air scenting services to an array of clientele, within both Australia and internationally. An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join our energetic, growing and dynamic team based in Port Melbourne, Victoria.
**About the role**:
The primary focus in this role will be to manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, dealing with the business owners and store managers. You will visit our clients to discuss their scenting as well as maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Retention - implementing strategies to improve our customer retention rate
- Managing existing customer relationships - to build customer loyalty and maximize the likelihood of winning future business.
- Manage a team of call center agents - hold them accountable to KPIs.
- Visit our suite of Australian customers - to proactively promote our full product and service range to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify and thoroughly follow up all new business, product and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Resolve customer issues, disputes and/or complaints, both onsite and offsite, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Achieve your NPS and sales KPIs to successfully manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional phone manner.
- Identify problems quickly by employing analytical problem-solving techniques, followed by quick problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong time management and organizational skills both within an independent and group setting.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Focused, flexible and adaptable in high-pressure circumstances.
- A great work ethic with a positive, results-driven attitude.
- A friendly and professional attitude in the workplace.
**Advantageous but not essential**:
- Experience within the fragrance industry.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
