Senior Technical Lead
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our cloud project. This individual will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Provide Level 1 & 2 support/administration when required
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate issues across multiple client environments
* Conduct on-site client visits (be the trusted face of the business)
* Recommend improvements and smarter ways of working
* Maintain clear, accurate documentation and records
The ideal candidate has prior MSP experience with exposure to various technologies such as Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Exchange/Outlook, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, Intune, Backup/DR, Networking.
* Prior MSP experience is highly regarded - with exposure to various technologies
* Networking knowledge is essential
* Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools is beneficial
* Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal are necessary
* A people-first leadership style - approachable, collaborative, and supportive is required
