Job Overview
Traffic Radius is looking for a client-focused Account Manager with strong expertise across Web, SEM (Google Ads), SEO, and Performance Marketing. This role requires managing end-to-end client accounts, driving measurable results, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands-on performance marketing knowledge, and strong client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
* Understand client objectives, KPIs, and business challenges
* Manage multiple accounts while ensuring performance, timelines, and deliverables
* Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions
* Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Performance Marketing (SEM & Paid Media)
* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
* Manage and review Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance
* Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality
* Work closely with creative and tech teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
* Identify scaling opportunities and performance improvements
SEO & Web
* Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
* Coordinate keyword research, content strategy, and link-building efforts
* Work with web teams on website updates, landing pages, and SEO implementation
* Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion events
Reporting & Insights
* Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
* Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
* Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
Good to Have
* Knowledge of eCommerce & lead generation funnels
* Understanding of CRO and attribution models
* Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify
