As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our New Projects Consulting team, specialising in ECM implementations.
What you'll be doing
* Working side by side with our customers to implement, configure, and upgrade our SaaS ERP software solutions
* Providing hands‐on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
o Design verification
o Reconfiguration
o Customer support, guidance, coaching
o Testing support
* Learning and applying our tailored implementation methodologies on all products
* Establishing and maintaining engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required
* Engaging with Consulting Enablement teams to provide feedback that assists with evolving our offering, processes, systems, and tools
* Completing customer program deliverables on time, within scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars
Your Talents
* Previous experience with TechOne's ECM product would be highly advantageous
* Experience working in a consulting capacity with a variety of customer stakeholders
* High‐level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including executives
* Customer‐centric mindset and the ability to take a customer on a journey, always delivering a compelling customer experience
