Kaali Gourmet Indian Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
* Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff
* Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation
* Manage staff rosters, inventory, and supplier orders
* Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
* Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
* A minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience is required
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations
* Basic Food Handling certification is required
* Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skill
