About your opportunity: The Clinical Nurse - Clinical Coach within, Clinical Education Services (CES) shapes and supports confident Clinical Partners. They will provide hands-on, point-of-care education, facilitate experiential learning, and mentor staff to build teaching capability and effective use of assessment tools and Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) performance review resources. Working alongside clinicians, the Clinical Nurse - Clinical Coach will embed a positive, high-quality learning culture so Clinical Partners are equipped to deliver safe, effective and engaging learning experiences. About the department: CES provides integrated nursing and midwifery education and support across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS). A team of advanced Clinical Nurses and Midwives delivers point-of-care mentoring, builds Clinical Partner capability via the Clinical Partnership Model, and coordinates Graduate Nurse & Midwifery workshops, assessments, and learning frameworks.
