This is a unique opportunity to step into a permanent Facility Manager role, leading a well‐established residential service with strong organisational backing. You will be supported by an experienced executive team and a values‐driven culture, with the scope to influence clinical outcomes, team performance and the overall resident experience.
About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for the operational and clinical performance of the home.
* Leading clinical governance and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards
* Driving high‐quality, person‐centred care outcomes
* Managing workforce performance, rostering, and team capability
* Overseeing accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
* Supporting resident wellbeing, lifestyle, and engagement programs
* Managing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
About You
You are a confident and values‐driven leader who brings both clinical credibility and operational capability.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
* Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and compliance
* Ability to lead, mentor, and stabilise teams in a complex environment
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage site performance
