The ASICS Store Management network is growing! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Store Manager to join our team at Harbour Town. In a nutshell... Our Store Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance.
Job Description
Here’s what we’d love to see from you:
Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand!
Availability to work a full-time set Tuesday – Saturday roster
