Where you'll be working:Brookvale Community Health Centre
What you'll be doing:To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management, and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.

Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act.
