We are seeking a
Formwork Designer
who is technically capable, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to the ongoing improvement of design and documentation practices.
This role suits someone who enjoys
design office work
, takes ownership of their output, and is open to refining how drawings and models are produced over time.
About the Role
You will prepare formwork drawings and Revit models for a range of projects, working closely with a senior formwork engineer.
While formal workflows are still evolving, you will be expected to work in a structured, organised, and consistent manner
, and to contribute practical input into improving documentation quality and modelling processes.
This is a
design-focused role
with
no site-based responsibilities
.

Technical Requirements (Essential)
* Minimum
3+ years' experience
in formwork design
* Revit knowledge is essential
* Experience producing construction-ready drawings and models
* Good understanding of common formwork systems and temporary works
Beneficial Experience
* Exposure to
Australian construction sites or projects
* Familiarity with Australian drawings, terminology, and construction practices
* Experience working with engineers and responding to design feedback
