Job Description
THE TRUSTEE FOR HAMILTON HAYES HENDERSON UNIT TRUST The candidate must have: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Architecture Minimum 1 year of relevant Australian work experience Background in carpentry, or on-site construction Skills required for the role include: Design & documentation for architecture & landscape to high level of precision & quality Must be able to demonstrate Revit skills Great communication skills (in English) both verbal and written; Understanding of BCA/NCC compliant design, local planning regulations, and Australian Standards; Experience with technical documentation and product specification is essential; Ability to work unsupervised at times, including at our regional office.
Tasks may include but are not limited to: providing information regarding designs, materials, and estimated building times preparing project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, and integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs consulting with Professionals and clients about external area designs, costs and construction compiling and analysing site and community data about geographical and ecological features, landforms, soils, vegetation, site hydrology, visual characteristics and human-made structures, to formulate land use and development recommendations, and for preparing environmental impact statements preparing reports, site plans, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for land development, showing location and details of proposals, including ground modelling, structures, vegetation and access inspecting construction work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards About Company HHH Architects is a Gold Coast-based architectural practice with over 45 years of experience delivering high-quality residential, commercial and multi-residential projects.
