You'll also be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing IT assets, and keeping operational procedures up to date.
This is a varied role that offers exposure to both technical and operational aspects of ICT in a government setting.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar ICT systems role

* Solid background in backup and restore tools and procedures
* Experience working in a Windows 10/11 SOE environment within government or enterprise settings
* At least 2 years' experience managing LAN/WLAN equipment
* Familiarity with monitoring tools and asset management systems
* At least 6 months' experience using ServiceNow for ITSM
* A current NV1 security clearance and Federal Police Check
* Minimum associate-level Microsoft certification
What you'll get in return
You'll be part of a supportive and skilled team where your work directly contributes to the smooth running of a Federal Government agency.
