About the Role This role involves: Designing and building high-quality Canvas course sites Applying universal design and accessibility principles Supporting academic staff with course development and site design Creating clear, practical resources and guides for staff Contributing to consistent and engaging student learning experiences To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience with Canvas LMS course design Strong knowledge of learning design principles and accessibility (UDL, WCAG) Ability to create clear, engaging and well-structured online learning environments Experience working collaboratively with academic staff Strong communication and documentation skills Desirable: Experience in higher education or adult learning Familiarity with tools such as H5P Articulate, or similar Understanding of curriculum alignment and assessment design About the Cairnmillar Institute The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit registered health promotion charity that has been providing high-quality professional education and accessible psychological services to promote the psychological well-being of the community for nearly 60 years.
