$85–90k + Super + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As Luxury Leisure Team Leader, you'll manage your own portfolio of high-value clients while leading, motivating and supporting a team of luxury consultants. You'll set the standard for service, sales and professionalism, acting as both a trusted leader and a top performer.
What You'll Be Doing
• Delivering end-to-end luxury leisure travel consulting for premium clients
• Designing bespoke, complex itineraries across air, land, cruise and high-end accommodation
• Driving strong sales performance and exceeding revenue targets
• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of luxury travel consultants
• Acting as the escalation point for VIP clients and complex bookings
• Setting clear expectations around service standards and sales behaviours
• Maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
What We're Looking For
• Strong leisure travel consulting experience (essential)
• Proven exposure to luxury travel products and discerning clientele
• Demonstrated sales success in a target-driven environment
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, ideally 5 plus years
• Confident, credible leader who leads by example
• Commercially minded, organised and solutions-focused
• Passionate about luxury travel, people leadership and results
