**The Role**
The primary purpose of your role is to manage front of house operations for the Head Office of this corporation, meeting and greeting all guests and creating an exceptional and positive experience. You will manage the boardroom and meeting rooms bookings and coordinate with all couriers and deliveries. You will assist with any office coordination as well as assist with company events, presentations and functions.
Your role will involve a lot of general coordination and internal communication to ensure everything is in order.
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Warm, welcoming and positive disposition as well as polished presentation
- Fantastic communication skills and able to adapt your communication to different people
- We are looking for prior experience in a physical customer-facing role where you have been responsible for providing an exceptional customer/guest experience. Whilst experience in a Reception or Sales assistant Property or a related industry such as Real Estate, Architecture or Design will be highly regarded, it isn't essential. We welcome applicants from other industries where you have utilised similar skills, such as hospitality or concierge roles, roles as a host or service roles such as
- Strong tenure in roles will be regarded highly, we are looking for someone to commit long-term to this company where there are ample career progression opportunities from within
- It will be an advantage if you have prior experience as a Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
- Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
