Essential Experience / Qualifications
* Experience in community housing or the social services sector
* Diploma in Community Services (Social Housing) or equivalent
* Experience working with women with high and complex needs, particularly those affected by homelessness, AOD, mental health, sexual assault, domestic violence, incarceration, and women from diverse backgrounds
Position Summary
The Tenancy Management Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day tenancy management and service coordination for Toora residents. This includes ensuring all assigned properties are operated efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage tenancies, including rent reviews, bond management, and daily arrears
2. Prepare and review occupancy agreements, utilizing Centrelink's CPAY services
3. Conduct quarterly inspections, maintaining detailed records
4. Liaise with Housing ACT and other stakeholders on property-related issues

Requirements
Desirable Experience/Education
* Experience working in the community housing or broader social services sector
* Familiarity with Centrelink CPAY services and processes
* Diploma of Community Services (Social Housing) or equivalent qualification

Reporting/Working Relationships
The Tenancy Management Officer reports to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with the Property Support Officer.
Specific Accountabilities
* Deliver property management services in accordance with community housing best practice and organizational policies
* Ensure the service aligns with Toora's model of care and approved intervention methods

* Participate in performance management/appraisal activities as determined by the organization
