We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a casual basis at our RM Begg facility in Kyneton, Victoria. Your Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, competent, and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the scope of practice as determined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).


Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Complete ACFI assessments and other clinical documentation for each shift to maximise income.
* Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation reflecting care delivery.
* Provide leadership, support, and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants.
* Ensure confidentiality regarding residents, families, and organisational matters.
* Report concisely to the Care Manager and General Manager at the end of each shift.
* Identify training and development opportunities and communicate these to management.
* Stay informed on aged care issues, standards, and services.
* Ensure staff work safely within organisational policies and procedures.


Essential Qualifications

* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Standards.
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).


Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of government standards for aged care and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Strong clinical and documentation skills.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation processes.
* Leadership skills.


Additional Information

All candidates must meet legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for aged care industry employment.
