This role offers so much more than your usual reception and admin position. As the sole administrator, you will be the driving force for ensuring the allied health team runs smoothly. You will be that warm welcome for a young person when they come to the centre and have ownership of a diverse range of administrative and practice management tasks.
- What will my role include?_
Working closely with the Centre Manager, your role will include:
- Managing your allied health teams' schedules and appointments;
- Being the first point of contact for young people and families;
- Processing the Medicare billings and attendance;
- Coordinating with other health professionals, as required;
- Being involved in recent staff inductions and organising training for staff;
- Assisting the Centre Manager with quality, reporting, community engagements/ events; and
- Preparing various business documents.
