Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Store Leader to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
* Work collaboratively with the retail operations team to drive business growth and improve store performance
* Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including roster management and budgeting
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance store productivity and efficiency
* Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their growth and development
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the luxury retail industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
* Experience with inventory management and control
* Basic computer skills, including MS Office
