About you and the Role
The CSM Client Service Manager or BA Brokers Assistant role is either Full Time or Permanent Part Time and ideally on-site in-person based in our stunning Port Lincoln, SA office.
* Strong Customer Service and Client Services skills to deliver exceptional support and build lasting relationships
* Proficiency in Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to customers, conveyancers, real estate agents and key stakeholders
* Well-developed Analytical Skills to support loan processes, the confidence to look for detail in documents and build a comprehensive data profile of customers
* Attention to detail, reliable organisational abilities, and task prioritisation skills
* Familiarity with the loan management processes, from enquiry and discovery, to submission through to settlement.
* Loan management experience helping establish loan repayment and internet banking, re-pricing, switching, splitting & discharging
* Prior experience in a banking, lending or financial services environment is an advantage
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM tools and standard Microsoft office software
* Liaise with lenders for research and escalation purposes, maintaining positive relationships built on respect and trust
* Maintain compliance and CRM accuracy
* Strong knowledge of lender policies and loan structures
* Genuinely motivated to support clients on their financial journey
* Open to relocating for the right long-term opportunity
