INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWYER

We have been instructed to assist this major international law firm to recruit an Associate level lawyer to join a high performing team in their Melbourne office.
Working with the national practice group leader, this role will tend to focus on the back-end/disputes side of IP. From time to time there will be some advisory and front-end/transactional work. So a preparedness to assist in a collaborative way will be well received.
The team is led by a high profile partner with a strong reputation in this space. There are 3 partners in the group and a valuable level of support including at the administrative level.
The role will focus on soft IP; it's not a patent litigation role. If you have experience covering areas such as:
- Trademark prosecution
- TM management
- Copyright
- Designs
- Confidential Information
- Privacy Law
- Cyber Security
- Domain Names
