Join our Gold Coast-based team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Account balances and card replacements
- Updating personal information
- Online banking support and fraud enquiries
- Dispute investigations and feedback capture
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience is great, but not essential
- You’re confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You enjoy solving problems and helping people
- You’ve completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Weeks 4–7: On-the-job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00am–8:00pm
