As the manager within the institute, you will work to deliver a coherent and system-wide approach to high-quality targeted capability development for educational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the School Business Manager Coach Collaborative Learning Community.
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation of complex issues relevant to enhancing the effectiveness of School Business Manager Coaching.
- Provide specialised consultancy advice to shape policies and ensure their effective interpretation, review, and implementation.
- Represent the department at various forums, showcasing leadership in the collaborative learning community.
- Analyse organisational design and develop strategic plans to offer targeted and intensive support to schools through the School Business Manager Coach initiative.
