German speaking B2B Sales Manager

Salary : up to £45,000 per annum plus commission

Main duties
To expand and manage the network of strategic partners.
To recruit and onboard new strategic partners
To manage existing partners and be first point of contact for any enquiries
To conduct market research and work closely with the marketing team to reach
To develop sales strategy for continued growth in the partner network
To report on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement
To provide training and guidance to partners when needed

Candidate's Profile
Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
B2B Sales experience – Essential
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results driven, analytical and motivated
Proficiency in using CRM systems
