We seek a proactive & energetic individual to assist in our trade shop, warehouse & retail showroom.
We are looking for a flexible team member to support multiple locations including Doveton, Moorabbin Airport, Clyde North & Mitcham. Adaptability is essential in this role as we seek an all-rounder to support our trade & retail teams.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
Entry level - $32.22 p/h + Super & Penalty Rates.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers that drive repeat business
* Manage stock arrivals and prepare customer orders for dispatch
* Safely operate a forklift to assist with deliveries, arrivals and dispatch
* Maintain warehouse standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
* Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
* Provide expert product advice and recommendations, proactively driving sales across the full National Tiles range
* Recognise opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and re-engage inactive accounts
* Manage the end-to-end process from quotes to delivery and stock management with accuracy and clear communication
About You

* A confident communicator who builds trust and delivers great customer experiences
* A collaborative team player with a positive, safety-first mindset
* Physically capable of handling heavy items (in excess of 25kg) with safe lifting techniques
* Hold a forklift licence or willing to obtain one
