About The Role
This role offers the best of both worlds with the opportunity to support the Practice Manager with operational excellence while staying hands-on in your clinical nursing capabilities.
Supporting our veterinarians with routine exams and procedures by delivering outstanding care
Communicating with clients effectively and empathetically
Mentoring and training of junior Vet Nurses
Participating in a 1 in 4 weekend rotation within the AdelaideVet network
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate IV in Vet Nursing or equivalent qualification.
3+ years Senior Vet Nurse or Head Nurse experience.
Outstanding nursing skills in medicine and anaesthesia
Proven ability to lead, organise, and inspire a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A genuine passion for animal care and a commitment to providing the best service to our clients and their pets.
