About our role: IMC are currently seeking enthusiastic Technical Support Officer (Graduate) to join the Osborne Park based team. As Level 1 IT support, you will be the first point of contact for our end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Triage & respond to IT support requests from end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system with the support of an external MSP.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution or escalating complex problems.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights on systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems across various platforms.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper allocation and tracking of hardware.
What You/'ll Bring:
- Degree or industry qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN Networking and mobile telephony.
- Understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and user account management.
- Positive troubleshooting and escalation skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Previous IT helpdesk or customer service experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk)
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, Teams)
- Experience in the mining, civil construction or adjacent industries.
