Offer description

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our office as Receptionist/Administration Support. We highly value individuals who are well presented, passionate, goal orientated and committed to strong customer service.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Answering the phone and distributing calls
* Attending to walk-in enquiries
* Supporting the property management team
* Producing letters & sending notifications
* Updating portals & websites/social media
* Banking/Mailing
* Receipting monies

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Prior experience in an administration role
* Exceptional customer service
* Attention to detail
* Proactive with great initiative and passion for owning your responsibilities and delivering high quality support
* Microsoft office experience
