Water Services Rotational Experience
This is a 2-year rotational graduate program that offers diverse projects and professional development in water services.
* As a rotational employee, you will have the opportunity to complete rotations across various business functions, including project management, customer service, and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete rotations across various Greater Western Water (GWW) business functions.
* Contribute to practical and challenging projects benefiting the community.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of January 2026 in Engineering, Information Technology, Digital, Business, or Arts disciplines.
* Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident with permanent Australian working rights.
* Residency in Victoria.
* Positive attitude and flexible approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* Commitment to professional learning and self-development.
