Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
* Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
* Hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels.
* Flexible work schedule and able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
