About you
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, skill, and professionalism to every service. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen
* The ability to follow instructions effectively and learn quickly
* Excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation
* The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
* A team-oriented approach with a positive and adaptable attitude
* A solid understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S) standards
* Foundation knife skills and knowledge of basic cookery terms and techniques
* A strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
* Exceptional time management during preparation and service
* A calm, composed demeanour under pressure
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
