Factory Blinds is a long-established window furnishings retailer based in Launceston Tasmania and we are searching for a new Digital Marketing Assistant. For 10 years or more now, our digital marketing, social media and website updates have been managed and maintained in-house and it is a practice we wish to continue with.
The Digital Marketing Assistant's job is to;
* support and promote our business in the digital world across various online channels,
* create, write and schedule social media posts,
* conduct basic SEO research,
* analyse campaign performances and ensure a consistent brand presence,
* update and maintain the business website.
We have not previously entered into email campaigns but it maybe an area for consideration.
The skills required will be;
* strong written and verbal communication skills,
* familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing software, and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics,
* a strong understanding of search engine optimisation,
* ability to analyse data, spot trends, and generate reports,
* graphic design skills (e.g., using software like Canva or Adobe Photoshop),
The job is part-time, 15 hours per week with the break up of hours to be determined to best suit, initially working from our offices with the future possibility of flexibilty to work from home.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
