Strategic Account Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with major retail buyers, conducting visual presentations, and managing wholesale accounts.
Your primary objective will be to drive growth and boost brand presence by developing and executing strategic plans for major key accounts. You will work collaboratively on presentations and submissions to buyers, build trusting relationships with buyers and stakeholders, negotiate pricing, promotions, and joint business plans, and manage forecasts, budgets, and trade spend.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in managing major accounts nationwide in the Retail or FMCG space.
* Proven success in negotiating and delivering commercial outcomes with major accounts.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to forward-think around opportunities for further developing sales.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Digitally fluent in MS 365, CRM systems, and Category Management Systems.
* Highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven.
