The role of E-Commerce Manager is an important role to the whole business. Managing of the entire website is a key responsibility. As an E-Commerce Manager your main duties will include but are not limited to:
* Manage and maintain our website, updated through Shopify
* Create regular twice-weekly eDM campaigns through MailChimp
* Manage our social media accounts, daily social media scheduling through Buffer and creating engaging content that reflects our brand personality
* Creating social, digital and promotional marketing campaigns including updating product catalogues
* Create and organise seasonal or special Sale promotions
* Collaborate with the E-Commerce Assistant.
Key Requirements/Preferences:
* Background or degree in Marketing/Graphic Design. Web Design preferred
* Retail e-commerce experience, Shopify experience preferred
· Fluent in: Photoshop
* Social media experience & digital marketing knowledge preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Experienced in Microsoft Office
* Be highly motivated and able to learn and adapt quickly
* Background or interest in fashion will benefit your application
