General Surgery Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical services within the scope of practice as granted by the Medical Advisory Committee.
* Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
* Liaise with patients, families, and carers to ensure seamless continuity of care upon discharge.
* Participate in on-call rosters and respond promptly to urgent events.
Requirements:
* MBBS or equivalent qualification and general registration as a medical practitioner in Australia.
* Documented experience in General surgery and knowledge of continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and best practice.
* Strong commitment to multidisciplinary approaches to clinical care and ability to work effectively within a team.
