Senior Service Delivery Manager
Skillful professionals in the field of senior service delivery management are required to join our team. We seek candidates who can lead complex client services with high-quality, person-centred employment supports for individuals with disabilities under the NDIS framework.
This role involves designing, implementing, and improving inclusive employment pathways that help participants achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
The successful candidate will oversee individual employment pathway plans, facilitate job readiness and employability training, and support clients in achieving their employment goals. They will also build partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organisations, ensuring services are culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive.
Key responsibilities include leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports, providing coaching to staff on inclusive employment practices, and maintaining compliance with funding guidelines, legislation, and policies. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience working collaboratively with a people-centred approach, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Diploma in disability work, social work, or relevant experience.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience working collaboratively with a people-centred approach.
* Knowledge of the disability sector, legislation, and funding models.
* Proven staff management experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in administration, reporting, and Office 365.
