* Full 360 recruitment – From sourcing candidates to securing new business and filling roles.
* Heavy business development focus – Cold calling, client visits, and proactive networking to establish a strong client base.
* Building long-term relationships – Engaging with clients and candidates to become a trusted recruitment partner.
* Driving revenue – Proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in your chosen industry sector.
