The Contract Logistics and Billing Manager provides guidance, planning and monitoring to ensure the accuracy of customer billing accounts.
Manage & Lead the team in the day-to-day functions and escalations of Logistics Warehouse Customer Billing.
Review and assist Warehouse GP analysis on monthly basis.
Prepare & process Month End Warehouse revenue and cost accruals & transfer Journals
Reviewing monthly P&L; results
Assist Management with Budgeting and Forecasting
Direct and indirect cost saving and revenue recovery
Degree in Business/Accounting & Finance
Previous experience in accounts or cost and customer pricing and billing experience is required
Previous finance experience in logistics/transportation industry experience preferable
Supervisory and leaderships experience and skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Advanced excel skills
