Your new role:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering allocated projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading project teams, managing performance, and providing coaching and development.
Delivering profitable projects within agreed timeframes and financial targets.
Managing schedules, costs, risk mitigation, and quality functions.
Building strong client relationships and overseeing contract variations.
Monitoring labour, plant, and equipment plans and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:
Electrical Trade or Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction or electrical projects.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and coach teams.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of technical specifications and standards.
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in Project Management or Diploma in Management.
Experience with automated project management systems and compliance frameworks.
