3. Lead initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial success.
4. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.
5. Align internal stakeholders including product specialists, sales leaders, and support teams around shared goals for customer success.
This position is based in Sydney, with regular travel to engage with stakeholders nationally.
